How to get a refund

The official Refund Policy takes precedence over this summary.

You may receive a refund if a paid publication was rejected, you withdrew it before it went live, a paid service wasn't delivered through our fault, or money was charged twice or by mistake without a publication. For rejected posts, you can also request a new review after corrections without paying again.

Refunds generally aren't available once a publication has gone live, a channel or partner placement has been delivered, or a post was removed for fraud or a serious rule violation.

To request a refund, contact support from your account or registered email. Include the payment date or number, amount, and reason; organizations should include their name and taxpayer ID. We respond within 3 business days and, if approved, send the refund within 10 business days of the request. Banks may take 1–30 days to credit it. We don't deduct banking fees. Used points are restored; points earned on the refunded order are reversed. Points can't be cashed out.
